Stovroff & Taylor Travel Ltd. was incorporated in New York on March 5, 1988 as a Certified Woman Business Enterprise. The company was started by its two principals Joan Stovroff, President & Treasurer and Jacqueline W. Taylor, Executive Vice President & Secretary.
